Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
🔹 Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, Build Your Own, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:

Build Your Own Boards

Build Your Own Tables
-
Engraved products
-
Custom sizes, colors, or designs
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
🔹 Standard (Non-Custom) Products
We accept returns on standard, non-custom items under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🔹 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:

The damaged item

Packaging

Shipping label

We will assess the issue and may offer:

A repair

A replacement

A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Damage reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
🔹 Shipping & Freight Items (Tables)
Large items such as coffee tables and dining tables are shipped via freight.

Freight deliveries must be inspected upon arrival

Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery

Failure to note damage may void replacement eligibility
🔹 Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24–48 hours of purchase

Once materials are cut or production begins, cancellations are no longer possible
🔹 Natural Variations Disclaimer
Because our products are made with natural wood and epoxy, variations in:

Wood grain
-
Color tones
-
Epoxy flow patterns
are normal and not considered defects.
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Engraved products

Clearance or sale items

Items damaged due to improper care or misuse
