Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

🔹 Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, Build Your Own, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Build Your Own Boards

  • Build Your Own Tables

  • Engraved products

  • Custom sizes, colors, or designs

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

🔹 Standard (Non-Custom) Products

We accept returns on standard, non-custom items under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

We will assess the issue and may offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Damage reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

🔹 Shipping & Freight Items (Tables)

Large items such as coffee tables and dining tables are shipped via freight.

  • Freight deliveries must be inspected upon arrival

  • Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery

  • Failure to note damage may void replacement eligibility

🔹 Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or changed within 24–48 hours of purchase

  • Once materials are cut or production begins, cancellations are no longer possible

🔹 Natural Variations Disclaimer

Because our products are made with natural wood and epoxy, variations in:

  • Wood grain

  • Color tones

  • Epoxy flow patterns

are normal and not considered defects.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Engraved products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse
